Q: What is the Warranty for the Racks?

A: For the Racks (Manual & Automated), we have 2 years warranty. If any quality problems on your side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: Just email us your rack model, sample price will be paid twice and will be refund against your first order on the basis of MOQ. Sample will be sent by post within 7 workdays. 

Q: What's your clothes rack MOQ? Can I make a order less than your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 50pcs for one model and at least 5 models, any quantity less than MOQ is not accepted.

Q:Can we get support if we have our own market position?

A: Please inform us your detail plan on your market demand, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you, to find the best solution for you.
